On October 6, 2026, Full Chain Materials Int’l Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony for its new Hsinchu plant and R&D center. Under the theme 「宸光啟林 鏈動全球」, guests and colleagues gathered at the site to mark the opening, and the company unveiled its new corporate identity on the same day.
A new starting point
The opening of the Hsinchu plant marks a new stage for Full Chain Materials. Chairman Ricky Chen addressed the ceremony, and the plant was then formally launched in front of the assembled guests.
A plant built around R&D
The Hsinchu plant is also our R&D base. It houses two R&D centers, one for semiconductor process materials and one for advanced ceramic and metal materials.
- Semiconductor Materials R&D Center
- Atomic layer deposition (ALD) precursors, ion implantation materials, EUV lithography materials, and underfill materials for advanced packaging.
- Advanced Ceramics and Metal Materials R&D Center
- Ceramic powders, metal powders, and materials for gas piping.
Our mission speaks of project evaluation, collaborative R&D and mass production testing. That work now has a dedicated home. On the day, colleagues also led guests through the site, including the cleanroom laboratory and the equipment areas.
A new identity, with a “1” in every letter
With the new plant comes a new look. We redesigned our brand identity so that how we appear keeps pace with how the company has grown: more precise, and more international.
The new mark is built from the four letters fcmc, and a “1” is hidden in each of them. Being first does not belong only to whoever leads. At Full Chain Materials, every link and every colleague is expected to be first. Leading is not a position; it is the standard for the whole organization.
The brand has four colors, each taken from the materials themselves:

Full Chain means a complete chain, and every link in it is first. The new identity is already in use, from our new business cards to the Hsinchu site itself.
Notes from the day
The ceremony began with guests signing in. A lion dance moved through the plant to bless it, colored daytime fireworks went up outside, and a string trio played on stage while guests and colleagues talked over the reception.
